ArtGleann.com gives life time warranty of products and replace products damaged by normal wear and tear.

ArtGleann.com will not bear the expenses of shipping for returns and replacements.

ArtGleann.com will not replace the products for the following reasons, (list is not exhaustive,0 loss of product, damages which are not caused by wear and tear, misuse of product or fraudulant return of product.

Physical Damages must be claimed within 7 business days of the receipt of the product in case for artgleann.com to make a claim and replace/exchange the product.
