Return Policy

If you wish to return a product that you have purchased from our website, please note that we only accept returns within 15 days of the purchased bill and we only take returns on prints. Returns on commissioned and original paintings are handled differently, Shipping charges has to be paid by customer and we will evaluate the product/painting first before issuing the refund.

Commissioned and original paintings will be similar to the ones shown on our site, they will not be identical because it is impossible to make identical painting with brush strokes. Some paintings will already be in stock but mostly when you order, our artist will start making them after your order.

We have multiple third party suppliers that help us in shipping the purchased products to our customers. This is to ensure that you get our products as soon as possible. Therefore, we request you to kindly contact us directly and ask for returns.

This should be noted that the reasons of returning a product can only be that either the product was damaged or defected when you opened the seal of the packaging. Otherwise, it is not included in our policy to accept the goods that you send for returns. However, we will proceed your return application and returned product through a screening process. Only after we have the approval from our designated team shall we be able to entertain your requests.

The final decision of acceptance or rejection of your return request rests with us.

In case you are sending a product for return, please note that you shall be bearing the expenses of shipping in that scenario, and no responsibility of shipping cost rests on the team ArtGleann.com

When you are sending your product for return, we expect you to send all the components and retail packaging to be returned as well along with the product. Otherwise, we can decide to refuse your return claim.
